Does TrailMix include music?

No, TrailMix does not include music. New music will show up in TrailMix instantly, so it’s easy to add songs.

If you don’t know where to get started, check out these great playlists by Running with Music. There is also a “Fitness & Workout” category of music on the iTunes Store.

All songs now available on the iTunes Store will work with TrailMix. TrailMix also works with downloaded music in any Apple standard format, such as MP3 and AAC.
